Laura is awesome. She meets you where you need her to, and makes an individualized plan that you personally are comfortable trying. She is also incredibly empathetic with whatever you are feeling or going through, and has an ability to guide you gently along the path to better sleep for you and your baby. I would hire her for help a million times over, and have worked with her multiple times with different children of mine. I highly recommend her, and her sleep buddies have been immensely helpful also. All of this is coming from a mom of four who wears her heart on her sleeve and has not had an easy road at all working on a healthy bedtime routine for my kids and myself. 💗

Using Healthy Happy Sleep to sleep train my daughter was the best decision I've ever made as a mom! Laura is amazing. My son had some big changes in his life (move to another state, dad began traveling 20 days a month, and he started school). He was waking up all night! I was getting 90 min naps throughout the night and my days were suffering. Laura was so patient and kind while we navigated through what was anxiety, what was defiance, and what was age appropriate behaviors around his sleep habits. He was sleeping through the night by night 3 and our routine was locked in by night 5. Haven’t had an issue since. Laura was professional, kind, and such a great cheerleader.
